Due to our continued growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available Account Manager in our Saudi Arabia facility. 

Position Summary

Coordinates the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives, including achievement of significant product sales / solution sales goal by assigned accounts or territories. Responds to inquiries from Andrew customers focusing on pre-sales activities in developing and creating optimum product and service solutions for major customer opportunities. Coordinates the technical part of RFQ’s, RFI’s or tenders with System Engineering, while preparing their commercial portion himself.

Focuses primarily on selling to and closing business with users and buyers in new accounts, new users and new buyers in important current accounts, or both.

Essential Functions
• Executes the complete sales cycle, from generating sales leads to managing on-going account relationships.
• Provides monthly business trip planning to supervisor to regularly visit customers and agents / representatives in the territory. Submits informative reports about the visits to his supervisor.
• Assesses key decision-makers’ needs and develops a plan of action to meet customer needs with Andrew products and services.
• Understands customer’s business, technology and product requirements and appropriately matches Andrew solutions to meet customer needs.
• Leads sales process, involving other resources as required, to successfully close business with customers.
• Assesses market opportunities and develops business plans to meet revenue objectives.
• Conducts territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.
• Participates in trade shows to promote company products and to develop leads.
• Detects customer/market requirements and translates into a preliminary product definition. Provides and communicates marketing feedback to product divisions including a first level business case estimation in coordination with his supervisor.
• Provides information and reports using CRM to inform management of sales progress and success.
• Demonstrates a broad knowledge of the entire product line. Able to understand and explain technical issues.

Required Qualification

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Communication and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferably in RF-electronics;
• Experience must be 5 to 10 years with a wireless system integrator or manufacturer is preferable;
• Three (3) years related sales experience;
• Work experience in the industry or in a related business;
• Effective interface with system engineering, customers, product management and other support groups on a regular basis;
• Superior professional presence and business acumen;
• Well-developed interpersonal skills enabling teamwork and clear communication;
• Well-developed intercultural skills;
• Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written);
• Driving license.
