What to Expect:
Upon receipt of this form, the iQ.link® Product Manager will initiate the request. All justified enhancement requests will be reviewed on a release-by-release basis and prioritized for submission to Engineering. Once Engineering has determined the scope of the enhancement request with the associated costs of, Product Management will decide whether or not to include the new device or feature enhancement in an upcoming enhancement release. This decision is based on cost of implementation, engineering resource, size of the addressable market and return on investment. This is in no way a promise to make the requested updates, but it is a clear message that we are listening to you and want to better service your needs!
