Passive Systems
Andrew's passive components meet many application requirements. They are ideal as standalone equipment for completely passive indoor networks driven by a base station or RF coverage and complement our ION™ Series Distributed Antenna Systems.
A passive system with splitters and Cell-Max™ antennas distribute signals throughout office buildings. Signals from the base stations in the basement pass through a splitter for distribution to the floors. On each floor, one line from the splitter feeds the antenna.
RADIAX® radiating cable and splitters bring signal into a tunnel and distribute it evenly throughout.
